The Festival is held on Portland's USM Campus.

who will speak on their film:

This festival will feature films portraying the Deaf experience, made by filmmakers, artists and educators form the Deaf and hearing communities, . This festival is geared toward a wide audience which grows substantially each year since its inception!

Overall, there will be over 25 films exhibited, in a variety of styles from throughout the world. The styles are diverse ranging from documentary to animation, romance, comedy, and drama. Each film maker offers the viewer an exciting opportunity to experience their personal perspective of the Deaf community and Deaf life through film.
